Mother. Blogger. Health Coach. Photographer. Visionary. Life enthusiast. Ambassador of hope. Giver of hugs. Lover of Jesus, brownies and sunshine.
It is my passion to help others to feel amazing both inside and out and I am beyond blessed to be able to do this for a living.
A Moment’s Grace is where I share my journey concerning all things health, wellness, photography and faith.
Over the past 20 years, I have struggled with depression, anxiety, being overweight, multiple health issues and quite frankly, uncertain what I was supposed to do in life personally or professionally. I knew I was supposed to bring people hope, I just had no idea how.
In 2014, I decided I was going to take control of my health because I knew it was a matter of life or death for me. I loved my family too much to give up on myself. With the help of supportive friends and family, an amazing nutritional cleansing program, continual personal development and learning to live a healthier lifestyle focusing on ME, everything about my life started to fall into place.
Not only did I release over 35lbs and 53 inches (and have kept it off for almost 4 years now), but my new passion and love for life is what impacted me the most. I am happier, healthier and for the first time in my life comfortable in my own body. Most importantly, I have set an example for my children that I can be proud of. In January, 2015, I left my Corporate America job to pursue a life of purpose. It became very clear to me that I was not meant to live in a cubicle and run reports but rather go out and impact as many lives as I could. My passion is helping women to discover their self-worth and live a life of freedom. Far too often the grace we need the most, is from ourselves – even if just for a moment.
I believe God calls us to have a life of prosperity – both physically and financially. I believe the more we give, the more He will entrust us with so that we may give more. My hope for you today is that you will find this site both to be educational and inspiring. I am honored to share my journey with you and look forward to hearing more about yours.
Please, take a look around. Read, share, bookmark. Grab a cup of coffee and stay awhile. I’m so grateful you are here.
